Discounts and policies for children and infants
Discounts for reservations containing 10 or more travelers are automatically granted through our website and consider, without exception, that all travelers perform all services simultaneously, including but not limited to visits, transportation, guides, transfers etc
Discounts for minors must be requested. Greca Viajes reserves the right to charge additional fees at the destination in the event that the traveler or client has intentionally omitted, or not, their correct dates of birth or age «at the time of travel». Luggage
One carry-on bag of up to 7 kg is allowed per traveler. and a suitcase with a maximum of up to 23 kg. of normal size in all buses and means of transport.
All air tickets issued by Greca Viajes, unless otherwise specifically requested or mentioned, include one suitcase and handbag per person whose weight and dimensions govern according to the airline operating the segment or route to be flown.

Travel insurance

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice due to increases in hotel taxes, cruise operators, currency fluctuations and/or fuel surcharges.

Deposits and payments
A deposit of €600 per person, per package or full payment, if the cost of the package does not exceed €300 per person is required within 7 days of making the reservation to secure the reservation or as indicated in each case by our reservations staff . If the deposit has not been received on time, the reservation is automatically cancelled. The rest of the payment must be paid 45 days before arrival. Each reservation received less than 45 days before the start of the trip must be accompanied by full payment and is not covered by our «Low Price Guarantee» guarantee.

Modifications, cancellations and refunds

Single & triple accommodation
Single occupancy prices reflect individual rooms and staterooms. Greca Viajes cannot arrange shared hotel accommodations during land excursions.
The triple rooms consist, for the third person, of an extra bed, sofa bed or similar depending on the accommodation. The discount granted to the third occupant is distributed among all the participants and hence its lower price.
